There are great FB groups like Tech Konnect (here) for sharing posts and news across the IT world, but this group is more focused on discussions/SCCM troubleshooting tips and help.  Some of us treat Facebook as a personal social media application or website.

But I don’t think Facebook is only for personal and fun stuff. It can be used for personal, professional, and technical activities. No one can ignore Facebook’s presence in our professional lives.

One simple example is, “Can we find any big organization with an official Facebook Page?” Facebook is also a productive application with dual uses or dual personas, like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

We have several options for checking suitable dates for the audience through Facebook groups, such as polls, events, etc.

We can invite and promote new speakers via the Facebook group for the user group community, which is very common for the Bangalore IT Pro community. It’s very effective compared to the old community website-based event publishing system.

The critical point of using a Facebook group is that it’s very interactive and can effectively reach a relevant audience. We should use Facebook’s popularity and reach to promote the SCCM/ConfigMgr community.
