Recent Microsoft Service Issues

Last month, Microsoft also fixed an Exchange Online outage that prevented users from accessing mailboxes and calendars across Outlook and other Exchange services. On the same day, it resolved another issue that caused sign-in problems on Office.com and Microsoft 365 Copilot, affecting Copilot features in the desktop app, Microsoft Teams, and Office apps.


Outlook Sign-In Issue Update

Microsoft is blaming the ongoing Outlook.com sign-in issues on a “recently introduced change”. It said it is reverting that change to see if it resolves the problem and is also reviewing customer reports and monitoring service data to decide next steps.
