Let’s see how to fix the Windows 10 PIN Issue: “Something happened and your PIN isn’t available. Click to set up your PIN again.”

Microsoft recently had Windows 10 PIN-related issues with the June 2021 monthly “C” release preview updates.

The issue with Windows 10 PIN isn’t Available. Click to Set up Your PIN Again.

When you sign in to a Windows 10 device, you might get the following error related to your PIN. Don’t worry; there is nothing wrong with your PIN setup; rather, you have hit a known Windows 10 issue.

“Something happened, and your PIN isn’t available. Click to set up your PIN again.”

Fix Windows 10 PIN Issue – your PIN isn’t available

Microsoft acknowledged the issue with Windows 10 PIN and released an optional KB article, KB5003690. Updates an issue in which signing in using a PIN fails. The error message is, “Something happened, and your PIN isn’t available. Click to set up your PIN again.”

Windows 10 sign-in issues (Windows 10 PIN Issue) with a PIN can be resolved by installing the optional hotfix kb5003690. This preview hotfix was released as a monthly “C” release preview update. Windows 10 PIN Issue.
