Important News for Intune users! Microsoft is Working to Fix the Intune 23H2 Security Baselines Issue. The Intune 23H2 Security Baselines were recently affected by an issue. Did you know what is Intune 23H2 Security Baselines.

Microsoft Intune users are familiar with Intune 23H2 Security Baselines and its issues. Intune Security Baselines is the is a group of preconfigured Windows settings. It helps users to apply and enforce granular security settings recommended by the relevant security teams.

Intune 23H2 Security Baselines are not kept to date. Users can’t use this security baseline and face issues in using a non-English OS that is localized. You all know that Microsoft Intune is a cloud service that should be kept up to date.

Microsoft is Working to Fix Intune 23H2 Security Baselines Issue

Microsoft Intune users cannot use 23H2 Security Baselines properly. Microsoft recommends that admins with non-English OSes delay deploying any profiles already created.

After the hotfix is deployed, all customers will need to create a new profile, as the hotfix won’t apply retroactively. Microsoft will provide further details are provided under IT773677 in the admin center.

Users can find the Security Baseline for Windows, version 23H2, updated at Service Release 2403. The new baseline is based on version 23H2 of the Group Policy security baseline found in the Security Compliance Toolkit and Baselines.
