Let’s discuss Microsoft Intune Device Inventory for Apple and Android Devices coming in April 2025. Microsoft introducing General Availability Intune Device Inventory for Apple and Android Devices. With this feature, organizations can easily track their Apple, and Android Devices.

The General Availability of this feature can be expected on April 2025. This announcement can be seen on the Microsoft 365 Roadmap. This feature is initially added on road map is on December 2024. Now the General Availability will started on Next month onwards.

As you know that, Intune’s Device Inventory feature is designed to help IT administrators manage and monitor devices across platforms, including Apple and Android. Overall Management of this devices is can be easily with this update.

With this update Microsoft Intune’s continuous effort to provide robust, cross-platform device management solutions. In this update, i going to share more information about Microsoft Intune Device Inventory for Apple and Android Devices Coming Soon.

Microsoft Intune Device Inventory for Apple and Android Devices Coming Soon

As mentioned above this feature is generaly available on April 2025. This update aims to provide better visibility and management capabilities for IT administrators by offering detailed insights into all managed devices, regardless of their operating systems.

On the Intune Portal you can check the inventories After the availability. Open the Microsoft Intune Portal and Select Devices on the Left side of the portal. Select overview under devices. And you can manage devices by platform.

Intune Inventory

Microsoft Intune is improving device inventory for Apple and Android devices. Starting in April 2025, this update will be available for all cloud instances, including Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), GCC, GCC High, and DoD.

With this enhancement, IT admins will get more detailed inventory information about their Apple and Android devices, helping them manage devices more effectively. This feature will be generally available across Android, iOS, and Mac platforms under Roadmap ID 473451.
