My First Microsoft Most Valuable Professional [MVP] Award for 2024-2025 | Sujin is Microsoft Graph MVP Now

This is my first blog after I became Microsoft MVP. I am honoured to have been awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional [MVP]Award in Microsoft Graph yesterday. This is my first Microsoft MVP Award and global recognition, and I feel humbled and honoured.

It is making me more cherished as I’m the Second person in India to win the MVP Award in Microsoft Graph. Also, I am the first MVP in the HTMD Community to win an Award in the Microsoft Graph category. This achievement fills me with pride and gratitude.

I want to express my gratitude to Anoop Nair, Jitesh Kumar, and Debabrata Pati for their continuous support. You all helped me a lot in my journey. Special thanks to Anoop Nair for nominating me. I am grateful for your invaluable assistance and guidance, without which I could not have accomplished this. Your mentorship has been instrumental in my success.

I am privileged to have a network of mentors from around the globe who consistently provide me with support and encouragement. It is challenging for me to individually acknowledge every person who has significantly contributed to my journey.

What is the Microsoft MVP Award?

Well, it’s an Oscar to me and many IT folks like me. The Microsoft MVP Award is Microsoft’s way of thanking outstanding community leaders who recognize exceptional technology community leaders worldwide who actively share their high quality, real-world expertise and a 1-year Program.

If you have a genuine passion as an IT influencer, you also can become a Microsoft MVP. Being an MVP, you get early access to Microsoft products with direct communication with Microsoft product teams and community leaders. Also, you get the opportunity to interact with many Microsoft MVPs in different categories.

The Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) Award is a prestigious recognition for individuals who share knowledge through blogs, articles, and forums. An existing Microsoft Most Valuable Professional person or a Microsoft employee must refer you to get an MVP award.

My Journey to Become a Microsoft MVP

Like many others in IT, I began my career as a Desktop Engineer in 2013. I wasn’t initially passionate about working in IT. However, I was fortunate to secure a job through campus placement at a well-known multinational IT firm, where I worked with wonderful colleagues. Looking back, I am grateful for their tremendous support during challenging times.

I began following Anoop Nair in 2015, reading his articles, and learning about SCCM. His articles greatly aided me in starting a successful career as an SCCM engineer. Learning was challenging in the beginning, but I persevered. Since then, I have been deeply passionate about community activities.

I attended my first in-house community meet-up at the Bangalore Microsoft office in 2019 and met many community leaders. Since then, I have actively engaged in various IT community events in Bangalore and maintained a deep commitment to the community.

When I entered blogging, Anoop Nair provided excellent help and motivation. I began the day by contributing to the community, which has always been my passion. HTMD Community is always available to assist you and provides exclusive access to publish content on its platform.

Over time, I have mentored and trained many individuals, helping them gain a deep understanding of SCCM Intune and MS Graph. I am passionate about teaching and supporting others, as evidenced by my written blogs, created videos, and shared knowledge on platforms like LinkedIn. I aim to inspire others in Intune, PowerShell, Graph API, and DevOps technologies. All these efforts were successful, and I earned a unique MVP award; it’s a proud moment!

My Contributions to Getting a Microsoft MVP Award

As I mentioned earlier, my passion has driven my journey to this point. My profound interest in Microsoft technologies such as SCCM, Intune, Graph API, and Azure drives my enthusiasm. I find actively engaging with the community to disseminate knowledge a fulfilling pursuit.

So far, I have written more than 60 articles explaining different real-time Intune and SCCM scenarios. I have also automated many Intune tasks using Microsoft Graph and Powershell and shared them with the community. I believe those articles will be a valuable resource for you and your organization.

Also, I performed the role of speaker and organizer at monthly HTMD community user group events. My authored blogs and developed videos are helping the modern device management community venture into new automation adventures. As mentioned, I have mentored and trained numerous individuals, assisting them with a comprehensive understanding of SCCM and Intune.

I’m grateful for all the support I’ve received throughout this year. It’s been an incredible journey, and I feel blessed to have been able to contribute to the community. Thanks to every individual and organization who played a vital role in moulding my career and personality. Thanks to Microsoft for this opportunity.
